Thank you for choosing Dragonboats Berlin as your partner for your event. We will do our utmost to make your event a complete success which of course will need as well clear legal stipulations. Please read our below stated conditions carefully before signing the contract.
The events of Dragonboats Berlin take primarily place in natural surroundings. Most weather conditions do not effect the realization of our events. For this reason, please note that we can accept weather-related cancellations by mutual consent only in case of extreme weather conditions, e.g. high water, hail, storm (starting at a wind force of 70 km/h), thunderstorm, ice or the like. Should an interruption or break-up be necessary due to extreme bad weather the order value can unfortunately not be reduced. As long as a cancellation of the event in time is possible an alternative date for the event will be fixed. The deposit payment made (50%) will remain. For additional external services the conditions of the respective co-suppliers will apply. Rendered services will be charged in full.
In case the client cancels the order we will charge the following cancellation fees: up to 6 weeks prior to the event 50% of the total volume will be charged, up to 4 weeks prior to the event 80%. Later cancellations will be charged with 100% of the expected total order value. In agreement with Dragonboats Berlin it is possible to fix an alternative date for your event. Confirmed and arranged external services will be charged in full (tents, landing stages, catering, etc.) based on our partners‘ cancellation conditions.
All participants take part in the event at their own risk.
Guests shall bring sportswear with them for the event. Additionally a towel and changing clothes are recommended.
